Time limit for availing cenvat credt of service tax is now restricted to 6 months from the date of invoice issued. my question is that whaether time limit is fixed for utilisation of cenvat credit.

As per my view ,there is no major differnce between availment and utilisation in case of cenvat credit.As per the amendment,cenvat credit has to be utilized within 6 months from date of invoice.
