Dear experts one of the assessee has received the notice u/s 148 for the asst . year 2006-07 in Aug 2013, is it correct on the part of A.O? and what is the time limit for the same

not if it falls within 148(1)(a) and 148(1)(b). However, if it falls under 148(1)(C), the notice shall be valid.
