if 3 persons incorporating a pvt company with authorised capital of 10 lakhs, then how much time they can expect for full proceedure of incorporation ie. apply for DIN to incorporation.
how much amount of expense can be expect as fees to CA & advocates for doing above proceedure.

Assuming all required details are made available in time viz., address proof, id proof, photos, etc.
DIN - 10 days (as physical copy has to reach NOIDA and then only DIN is approved)
DSC - 1 day
Name approval - 7 days
Incorporation - 15 days
For incorporation you can take the help of Practising Company Secretaries rather than CA & advocates who are specialised in this work. Professional fee is in the range of 20 - 25K.

1)Fee to government for DIN is Rs.100/- per person.
2)Fee to certifying authority for DSC may range from Rs.1,200/-to Rs.2,500/- depending on the duration and the type of signature you choose viz., USB token / pfx file etc.,
3) Company registration fee payable to government is based on the amount of authorized capital you fix which should not be less than the minimum prescribed by the Companies Act,1956.
