29 May 2013 A person has received letter from compliance cell of Income Tax Department for non filing of Income Tax Returns for AY 2010-11 & 2011-12. He has income from salaries (7 lacs) only and TDS has been deducted on the salary amount.

Now what could be the further course of action?

What reply should be submitted for this letter?

What are the consequences of this?

30 May 2013 if salary income up to 5 lacs and interest on saving 10000/- not required to file return.

but your case ITR filing was compulsory

pls face the ito

30 May 2013 Notice is received from Compliance Cell and not from the ward.
