Any gst registered dealer any question ticket raised or any e -mail address message send correct procedure.

04 June 2022 Go on grievance redressal portal to lodge ticket for gst

02 August 2025 If a GST-registered dealer has an issue or query and wants to **raise a ticket or contact GSTN**, here’s the **correct procedure**:

### ✅ **1. Raise a Ticket via GST Portal (Grievance Redressal)**

**Steps:**

1. Go to 👉 [https://www.gst.gov.in](https://www.gst.gov.in)

2. Login using your GST credentials.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on **"Help and Taxpayer Facilities"**

4. Then click on **"Grievance Redressal Portal (Self Help Portal)"**

* Or directly go to: [https://selfservice.gstsystem.in](https://selfservice.gstsystem.in)

5. Click on **“Report Issue”**

6. Select the category of your issue (e.g., Registration, Return Filing, Payment, etc.)

7. Fill in all required details and upload supporting documents or screenshots if needed.

8. Submit the form and note down the **ticket number**.

### ✅ **2. Track Grievance / Ticket Status**

* Go back to [https://selfservice.gstsystem.in](https://selfservice.gstsystem.in)
* Click on **“Check Status”**
* Enter your ticket number and captcha to view the response.

While ticket system is preferred, you can also email for specific categories:
