i have taken my articles termination on 04-02-2014.
1. in how many days i have to send my form 109 to the institute??

1. you can send whenever you want to. however, if you send after 30 days, penalty shall apply.
2. there is no restriction on joining. you can join whenever you want to. however, delay could result in shifting your CA final attempt further.
