16 January 2016 try to understand, this is an exceptional situation. ok? So better send the form first. Dont get stuck up in some ORDINARY queries like what is the fee and all that. I think continuation of articleship is more important than waiting for such queries.
First send the form. It is quite likely that ICAI may waive the delay as well as fees.
