Termination from articleship after 1 year

07 January 2015 Dear Sir,

I want to terminate my articleship and i have already completed 1 year and 10 months. My employer is not behaving well with me that's why i want to transfer.

Is there any provision for transfer in this case after 1 year?

07 January 2015 only for those reasons as per icai regulations u will be allowed for 2nd and 3rd year, on this case it will not be allowed.

07 January 2015 It means i can only terminate by way of secondment and industrial training?

07 January 2015 or if you can work in a different city with a distance of more 40 kms.........

07 January 2015 ok thanks sir, but please tell me one more thing that if he is not signing any other article's termination form within 1 year, what can we do?

07 January 2015 THEN there is no way to take a valid transfer unless ur ca doesnt sign it..that is very strict rule of icai
