29 January 2014 I am suffering from financial problem.i have no financial strength to survive in delhi. and my article ship training is in delhi. and i have completed near about 20 months. i want to take transfer from delhi and join in home town.is there not any ground that i take transfer.my parennts are not able to afford my expenses in delhi.please sir understand my problem.please help me i beg to you...........please

29 January 2014 you have already completed 20 months...hold tight for next four months and then go for industrial training. Going back home is not the solution..
