Sir/ madam, Nw I completed 1.3 years of articleship. Nw my parents who r self employed want to move to our native place due to some unavoidable reasons and my fathers health problems. so i want to take transfer of my articleship on the ground transfer of my parents.And my principal s also ready to give 109 for me. Also I knw that i need to obtain approval frm ICAI, before getting 109 frm my principal. Nw what is my question is, am i able to get approval frm ICAI on this ground since my parents are self employed, running a grocery shop. And if so then should i need to submit any address proof for d residence in which we are moving in. And what are the procedures that i need to complied with. Please help me out its very urgent.
