i hav terminated on 30.4.2009 from chennai seeing the extension date as 15.5.2009.ihav not submitted the 109 in the institute. i hav signed new 103 out side chennai(in another city).whether it wil be valid?

Valid,provided both the forms should reach ICAI office before the extended cut off date as you have rightly mentioned in the query.
