Temple construction by temple trust- corpus or not

A temple trust with construction of temple as it's main objective has collected funds with a specific direction that it shall be used for construction of the temple. Do these donations form part of corpus or are they just normal donations?

You can create building construction fund.Donations received under such fund will be part of corpus fund.
