Please clarify the following
if the port trust raising the bill for services rendered in port including service tax, then what is the rate of tds u/s 194c?
is it 1% or 2%?

1% TDS rate is for INDIVIDUAL or HUF. A trust is NOT either of the above. So TDS will be deducted @ 2%.
