06 July 2015 there is contract with service agency in relation with repair nd maintenance........service agency along with labour charges...also charged material in its invoice along with vat on such matetial.....querry...:: whether tds u/s 194 c chargeable in this case????

Incase bill raised for the material separately then tds will apply only labour charges, else TDS need to deduct on gross value of bills
