27 December 2013 loan is taken from a pubic sector under taking which is establised by central government. interest on loan is paid which exceed the limit specified u/s 194A. whether TDS should be deducted?

27 December 2013 only if such public sector undertaking is exempted vide notification issued by Central Government (refer 194A(3)(iii)(f) or if it is covered under 194A(3)(iii)(b).
