As we know TDS is deducted at 10% on Building Rent and 2% on Ploant and machinery rent. I would like to know,what is the rate charged when both Building and Plant and Machinery are rented together under one agreement?

If there is bifurcation of rent then separate rates to be applied if the rent is consolidated then higher rate i.e., 10% to be applied.
