Tds return rejected

I have filed my TDS return 16Q for 4rth quarter of aseessment year 2011-12. But it has been rejected by NSDL.

Rejection reason is regular statement having same TAN, A.Y., Form & periodicity has already been uploaded earlier in TIN central system.

I have not filed it earlier. How it is possible that it is found already been uploaded.

Please help me in this regard. What I have to do now ?

If it is already been uploaded then how can I know receipt no. of that ?

06 September 2011 The similar problem has occured to us earlier. The reason may be while filing the return for the earlier quarters you have by mistake mentioned the quarter as 4th. Check the data sheet in your earlier quarters'

06 September 2011 Fill it properly and mention the correct quarter. If it is rejected and the reason is already filed then you have to correct the earlier return. Kindly check all the returns if by mistake in 2nd or 3rd quarter YOU HAVE WRONGLY MENTIONED 4TH QUATER THEN THIS HAPPEN
