Tds return authorised signatory in case of company

Dear Experts,
Could you please tell me whether form 27A of TDS returns, in case of a Company (pvt ltd in this case) is athorised to be signed by any directors which are registered as authorised signatory of the company with MCA? In this case the Form 27A is intended to be signed by the additional director who was not appointed as director for the whole period of the TDS return. Will this be of any issue?

It would be better to get it signed by any regular director of the company.
