Dear sir,
In case of a government deductor, what was the last due date to file TDS return for 3rd quart. of f.y. 2011-12. whether it is 15 jan. 2012 or 31 jan. 2012 ? (as amended by notification issued in oct. 2011 regarding the shedule of TDS returns)

As per notification no. 57/2011 dtd. 24/10/2011
Due date for filing of TDS Return for Q3 (F.Y. 2011-12) would be 31.01.12 for Govt. Deductors and for other deductors it would be 15.01.2012.
