WE DEDUCT TDS FROM OUR EMPLOYEES SALARY & PAID ALSO BUT HE DON'T HAVE PAN NO
WHAT I HAVE TO DO AT THE TIME OF RETURN FILLING

29 April 2014 I will firmly advise you to request the employee to apply for PAN. else claiming tds credit will be an issue.

if the PAN is not made available, you need to ensure that TDS deducted is not less than 20%.
