How to file TDS return without using any external return filing softwares ?
I know about tds return filing softwares but I want to know how to file TDS return without using these,softwares.

Why do you want to make the "TDS" e-filing work more "tedious" ? .

You can have a idea by visiting the Traces website. Which may direct you to the NSDL website. You will conclude that using software is better then facing hardship.

Dear Sir,
thanks for such a quick respose,
as told by you I visited tin-nsdl website.
but the information provided there seems very oudated, its showing as if that way of filing tds return was applicable till AY 2003-04,
is there no official way provided by Income Tax Deptt. to file eTDS return.
