What is the procedure to get the TDS return filed for FY 2007-08 if company lost its data for relevant FY?

Do you have the details of TDS deducted and deposited in your books of Account?
If not then it is not possible.

is there any procedure to download the fvu file of return filed from IT Department website?

I think what you want to say is that you want to file revised return and you have lost your Original FVU file.
Yes it is possible for return files Fy 2007-08 onwards. You can get the Original fvu from NSDL site by registering your TAN.
