respected sir,
i am labour supplyier and i am providing sevice to construction co . i am filing return first time this year 14-15 this year my tds deducted rs 3000 and last year rs 6150 was deducted so this year can i claim last year tds also i.e 3000+6150 together

You CANNOT claim TDS of two years in one year. You will have to file separate returns for both the years.
