09 July 2014 1-i am doing propraitory business in the status of huf already having pa/c no of huf also having tan no pnek05934f in the status of huf whehter i have to registered in status huf or ind for online upload of etds filing.

2-which pancard huf or individual will be required for digital signature to upload online etds returns as tan no is in status of huf pl reply soon

09 July 2014 As per your explanation it seems that you are the Karta & the business is of HUF which you are managing
if the above is correct then
1 - You have to register HUF with its TAN in the TDS Traces website to file E-Tds return

2 - Since the Digital Signature required is of the person which is mentioned in the return for Deducting & processing all TDS matter in your case either
The Karta can be the Person or if any manager is appointed for the same

so the digital signature is of Individual
which may be you (Karta) or Manager
