I am doing ca articles, while i am doing audit, i noticed that my client company deduct tds on rent for 6 month but not deposited , so there refunded that deducted amount to the rent onwer , it think it is not happen , it is corrent or not?

it is not correct...the client should not have refunded..the correct thing was to deposit the same with central government
