if i have an NRO account in india i am malaysian citizen and i have a FD in india in IDBI bank but they deducted TDS for me ...any way to claim back that ? please advice

file the income tax return in India claiming your indian income. Your tax on indian income will be calculated accorsingly and refund if any will be granted.
