IT RETURN FOR A COMPANY (PVT LTD ) NOT FILED FOR AY 09-10 , 10-11 , 11-12 . SO IS THERE ANY WAY OUT TO CLAIM THE TDS REFUND AS THE COMPANY HAS A TDS

AND you can file application with commissioner for filing of income tax return .
commissioner may impose penalty for non filing of return due to income of company always taxable . due to no exemption limit provide by law.
