whether TDS receivable =Advance Tax+ TDS receivable+self assessment TAX
can be brought forward in next year as name of TDS receivable.

it wud be carried forward as balance with tax authorities

No it can not shown as name of TDS Receivable. Has to be carried forward as it is in the respective ledger of TDS Receivable, Advance Tax & Self Assessment Tax.
