21 September 2010 I have a certain query regarding my TDS certificate. I had provided services to a company from April 2009 to March 2010 for which they had deducted TDS on payments made by cheque. Now when I have asked them to issue me the certificate for the same, they are making excuses and delaying the matter. They however claim to have deposited the TDS that was deducted.

I would like to know if there is any possible way for me to get the details for the tax paid on the income tax website. Kindly also let me know the steps to access the same.

Register yourself.

Go to My account

Then click on 26AS statement.

This will have all income tax paid against your PAN No. You can use that information.
