I have opened the Fixed deposit with State Bank of India. At the end of the year 31st March 2011 Bank has deducted the TDS @ 20 % under no pan.
Bank not asked for PAN No. ?
How can i take the credit of the above tds ?

Give your PAN number to Bank and ask them to upload tds amount in your PAN & collect the TDS certificate from them based on the certificate file the Income tax return and claim the TDS & refund

Sir, Bank given me Form No.16 A without my PAN.
