Hello Friends
I have a Query...
A cold storage is let out on Rent. then what will be the rate of TDS on rent of cold storage building (which includes machines also)? (10% or 2%)
and, What is the nature of Rental income in the hands of owner of cold storage? House property or Business Income?

U/s 194I tds rate for building 10% and plant and machinery 2% but if Building and plant & machinery inclue rent then 10% TDS applied. Cold storage income head is business income.
