17 April 2010 No, there is no way to claim TDS paid under the wrong head. Please give the credit to anyone who covered under this head , he will claim refund for it.

17 April 2010 you meet your Assessing officer and try to make changes in TDS challan in correct head,

17 April 2010 You can write the letter for correct the Head alongwith the paid challan copy to the particular TDS circle.it is regular problem and can be rectified by the department
