Please state specifically about the deductee. Only Government agency are exempted from payment of Income tax. Establishment by a Special Act is no conclusive that the Corporation is exempt from Income-tax.

20 June 2010 You should check the incorporation details of tamilnade warehouse corp....whether its a govt. undertaking or something else....merely because they are related to state govt. does entitle rhem to prevent from TDS provisions.....you should ask warehousing corporation clarification regarding the same....
