Dear Sir,
I have paid a freight of rs. 1000/- 2000/-, 1500/- on daily basisi but he has no pan no.
total payment during the year less than 50000/-
what is the treatment?
Please guide me.

Present threshold limit under 194C is Rs.30000 as single payment and Rs.75000 as overall yearly limit. so TDS not required for this payments
