12 February 2012 Dear Sir,
I have paid a freight of rs. 1000/- 2000/-, 1500/- on daily basisi but he has no pan no.

total payment during the year less than 50000/-

what is the treatment?
Please guide me.

12 February 2012 Present threshold limit under 194C is Rs.30000 as single payment and Rs.75000 as overall yearly limit. so TDS not required for this payments
