TDS on Subscriptions through Credit Card

We are a IT company and we will be purchasing/subscribing various online licenses through Credit Card. Some are one time payments and some other are recurring periodically. Please let me know whether we need to pay TDS on these transactions and at what rate

My understanding on this query, you are purchasing the software licences. software purchase will not attract TDS
