Dear expert
i am engaged in proprietorship firm for the business purpose, i have been staying in hotel from the last two month. plz let me know while making to payment to hotel whether i need to deduct TDS or not if yes how much..

Does the rent exceeds 180,000?
sec 194 I is not applicable to Individuals and HUF. It is applicable to those individuals and HUF which are under tax audit for the last financial year.
