As per Circular 1/2014 Tds is not to be deducted on service tax component on sec 194I & 194J is it applicable for other section like 194C or not.

THIS CIRCULAR ASK FOR ANY PAYMENT TO PROFESSIONAL THEN SERVIE TAX NOT INCLUDE.
NOW ONLY TWO SERVICES ONE IS RENT AND ANOTHER IN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
