A B ARE BUYERS
C D E ARE SELLERS IN EQUAL PROPORTION

30 December 2013 then tds will also be deducible in proportion to of A & B buyers share in property or amount of purchase consideration paid.\

eg if both pay 50 lakhs then deduct tds in ratio of 50% by each A and B.
