whether deduction under section 80G is to be consider or not ????????

If the employee provides proof of donation, the employer should consider the same for deduction u/s 80G.

yeah it is consider if employee provide proof of payment of donation to employer

Section 80G deduction can allowable by employer only on account of Donation of 100% eligibility like Prime minister relief fund, Chief Minister relief fund etc.other donation deductions only can claim by employee while filling his return, Employer cannot allow that deductions
