11 May 2012 on deduction of tds on salary
whether deduction under section 80G is to be consider or not ????????

12 May 2012 If the employee provides proof of donation, the employer should consider the same for deduction u/s 80G.

12 May 2012 yeah it is consider if employee provide proof of payment of donation to employer

12 May 2012 Section 80G deduction can allowable by employer only on account of Donation of 100% eligibility like Prime minister relief fund, Chief Minister relief fund etc.other donation deductions only can claim by employee while filling his return, Employer cannot allow that deductions
