I WANT TO KNOW THAT IF IN A PVT COMPANY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S SALARY IS 45,000/- PM THEN TDS WILL DEDUCTED OR NOT BY ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT.

The company / Accounts department has to deduct tax upon his salary as Total Income of the director is going to be taxable.
