how i calculate tds on salary
tds deducted on gross salary or netpay salary
means after =gross salary- hra-con.-pf-esi-other allowance= netpay
please guide me

TDS on salary need to calculate based on the taxable salary income of the employee. gross salary less all the allowance deductions & exemptions according to Income tax act. please refer Circular no.5/2011 dt:16.8.2011
