TDS on Salary

A co. paid salary of the month of April on 5th may 2010. So my quetion is that what is the due date of deposite of TDS deduct on salary.

if the due entry for salary has been passed on 30/04/10 , Then due date for TDS is 07/05/2010.
But if the salary has been directly booked on 05/05/10, the due date for TDS is 07/06/10.
But if the salary has been directly booked on 05/05/10, the due date for TDS is 07/06/10.
