07 April 2015 If an Employee works in Company " A " from Q1 to Q3 and deducted Rs. 15000/- TDS. Then after he transferred or left the job and joins Company " B " from 1st Jan. In Q4 Company "B" deducted Rs. 5000/-.

My Query is whether the above employee salary details in Annexure I (Dedcutee Details)filed by Company "A" or Company "B".

Is there any Form Available to employee obtain salary details from previous employer.
