Tds on salary

I hv started working from 1.01.2014 with a company. prior to this I wasnt working with any company.. and that I dnt hv any other income..
the query is I dnt want tds to be deducted for my 3 mnths salary from 1.1.14 to 31.3.14. ie this f.y. 2013-14 cuz it is below the basic exemption limit.. am I supposed to file form 12b ??

no need...given that there is no prior income and the expected income for next three months is less thane exempted limit, your employer shall not deduct any tax anyways.
