15 November 2013 my friends salary is 14000 pm other income includes fees recd from university for cheking copirs is 900rs n intt from bank saving is around 3000 bank had deducted tds on fd whether he is lible for tax n what is the procedure to claim refund of tds or excess tax whether he has to file itr or tds retrn
