Can excess deduction of tax on account of one employee from the salary be adjusted with respect to TDS on salary of other employees?

What do you mean by inter -employee adjustments? TDS is deposited as a wholeand deposited against each employee PAN.

incase you are not filed TDS return you can adjust between them if both are in mutual understanding. after filing return, possible only through correction return
