15 May 2012 one of our employee submitted pervious employer details but how we will so in annexure-ii of TDS file, plz any body guide me.

15 May 2012 You need not bother about the previous employer. Stick to the income paid by you. Else you will land into trouble at the time of filing TDS return. You are not duty bound to consider the income of earlier employer.

15 May 2012 You are duti bound to consider the details of the previous employer. consider the same in your tax computation for the purpose of dedcution of tax but there is no need to disclose the income of the prevsious employer either in your return of in your TDS certificate.
