Tds on salaries

04 March 2015 I am making the salary payments to my employees pertaining to the previous years which were not paid earlier. Now the tds is to be remitted to them and to be paid to the department.

Do I need to calculate and pay the tds on the salaries from the past years or I have to make from the current year only..
