My Client is transport business( FIRM) he paid frieght charges to lorry owner's rs.200000/- or more through cheque whether TDS appicable or not

If PAN provided by transporter then TDS not required to be deducted.

Yes,No TDS required.But collect transport PAN number and provide the details of same at nil deduction in TDS return which is also mandatory as per ammended rule 31A
