As mentioned by the CBDT that service tax is not included in the rent amount for deducting TDS of landlords.
pl advice if the same is applicable in the case of rent of plant & machinery also?

Provision apply total Section.194-I, so as per CIRCULAR NO. 4/2008, DATED 28-4-2008. it applies rent of plant & machinery also.
